I designed this set of illustrations for the "Queere Solibox" in Berlin, which collects and redistributes donations through merch. With the designs, it is important to me that the individual elements can be put together flexibly and can be used on different mediums, e.g. shirts and stickers. In addition, there should be appealing motifs for allies as well as for other queer people.
For the newest issue of @neuenarrative I was asked to illustrate a case study about organising a workplace with the help of “Nonviolent Communication”.

Inspired by Persian carpets that depict gardens and water channels I created a set of 9 pattern based illustrations named "Moosteppich". These pattern are a visual comment on how society today influences and manipulates nature. The individual printed tiles can be used to arrange a large new design.
Collaborating with other artists and illustrators is one of my favourite aspects of design. Because of that I was thrilled to be included in a zine curated by Julian Miholics and Nicholas Steinmetz, two of my favourite illustrators. Under the zine’s topic of monsters, folklore, and the paranormal I illustrated these two spread pages to visualize the concept of "Pech und Schwefel" (german for "Pitch and Sulfur" - a way to describe the scarily close bond between friends).
Evonik is a chemical company creating products to "make the world a better place". One of their current endeavours is a filter system to create  energy from biomethan. To bring this alternative to e-mobility to peoples attention they approached students to illustrate the positive and negative sides of both sources. My illustration contrasts these scenarios. It was chosen by Evonic to be displayed on their companies social media.
During my studies I had the chance to learn linoleum printing. For these illustrations I picked news stories from various papers that dealt with death. The first coloured print is recreating the fears that come with living in big cities with a high crime rate. The second work is about a mysterious severed foot found in a city park. The black and white prints deal with the death of unborn children.
"Benny's Bakery of Bad Memories" is a zine/workbook that tackles negative childhood experiences. Through a series of questions and illustrations the reader can experience both someone else's and their own story.
The zine contains 8 original drawings and enough space to scribble and journal about anything that comes to your mind.
As gendernonconforming individual I wanted to express my support and gratitude for the trans community. This illustration shows how diverse trans people can be and that all of us have the right to be happy.
During the corona lockdown I started doodling a weekly collection of private and news related impressions. Here's a selection of them.
