During my studies I began learning about motion graphics and 3D design in Cinema4D. Inspired by the female sculptor Harriet Hosmer I created lighting experiments based on her sculpture of the Shakespeare’s character Puck from A Midsummer Night’s Dream: "I am that merry wanderer of the night."
I created this small series of 3D illustrations based on my experiences as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I was very happy that the cumming collective chose this work to be exhibited in Cologne at Buhmann & Sohn as part of a queer Pop-Up exhibition.
After taking part in an exhibition I was approached by the cologne based feminist collective "cumming" for a digital residency. This involved designing covers for their event and activity calendars. In this time I also created a facefilter challenge for them that fitted the design for May.
This is the work I created for the exhibition "Found Family" by the "queerly collective" in late 2020. It is a colourful 3D rendering with diverse character-design and a composition that forms the word "home".
