During my exchange term at the Sint Luca School of Arts in Belgium I worked on a project that would combine my skills in Cinema4D and a printing technique that was new to me. I designed a series of 6 informative animated posters about the future of funerals. The animations are then projected onto screenprinted posters through an augmented reality app I built with Unity.
I created these two 3D animations to show my support to the transgender community. It's important to me to raise awareness for their issues and share ressources and information.

By combining my interest in space travel and feminism I made a short film about the achievements of women in science and science fiction. To underline the importance of minority representation in media I told the story of how the Star Trek character Uhura inspired Mae Jamison to become the first female Afro-American astronaut. The paper cut-outs and handmade stop motion animation give the film a simple and fun feel that appeals to the target audience of young girls without failing to convey some interesting facts. I also learned about recording and composition by teaming up with a sound design student to create the audio.
During a seminar on the future of museums we were given the opportunity to design posters for an upcoming exhibition on Harald Szeemann. For my concept I created a minimalistic animated poster in Cinema4D to combine aspects of the curators work and personality.
I created this video as part of a motion graphic seminar. It illustrates how the stroboscopic effect affects the filming of fast turning objects like wheels and helicopters and how it was discovered.
